This policy explains how TeslaBonus.eu handles data when you visit our website. In short: we use no tracking, analytics or advertising cookies and we collect no personal data.
1. Data controller
The data controller for this site is TeslaBonus.eu. Privacy questions can be sent to kontakt@teslabonus.eu.
2. What data we process
We have no user accounts, newsletters or payments, and we do not ask you for personal data. We use no analytics or tracking tools (no Google Analytics, no advertising pixels). The site only stores a few functional items locally in your own browser – your ticks in the delivery checklist and your language choice – and these never leave your device. When you click a Tesla referral link you are taken to tesla.com, where the order happens under Tesla's own privacy policy. Our web host may keep ordinary server logs (e.g. IP and browser type) for operation and security.
3. Cookies and local storage
We set no statistics or advertising cookies, so under PECR no consent banner is required. We use only the following functional storage in your browser:

4. Legal basis
The functional storage (checklist and language choice) is needed to make the features you use work and is used on the basis of our legitimate interest under Art. 6(1)(f) UK GDPR. As we set no non-essential cookies, no consent is required. You can delete local storage in your browser at any time.
5. Third parties
We load typefaces via Google Fonts (Google Ireland Ltd.); your IP address is sent to Google to deliver the fonts, but no cookie is set. When you click through to Tesla, Tesla's own privacy policy applies. We never sell your data.
6. Your rights
Under the UK GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection, and data portability. You may lodge a complaint with the ICO (ico.org.uk). Contact us at kontakt@teslabonus.eu to exercise your rights.
